What is included in custom web development packages?
All website development includes full bilingual setup (Arabic RTL / English LTR structural support), mobile-responsive design, basic SEO schema integration, dynamic contact forms, speed optimization, and an easy-to-use CMS or JSON-driven content architecture.
Who owns the website code and design once completed?
Upon full payment of all project invoices, you own 100% of your website source code, custom graphics, and media assets. AlKhowatir retains non-exclusive rights to base underlying libraries, open-source modules, and agency boilerplates used during construction.
What is your hosting Uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement)?
We guarantee 99.9% network uptime for websites hosted on our infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and performed during low-traffic off-peak hours.
How are site backups handled?
We perform automated daily and weekly off-site server backups. Depending on your hosting tier, backups are retained for 30 to 90 days for emergency restoration.
Business Email & Domains
Who is listed as the legal registrant for domain purchases?
You are always registered as the legal registrant and administrative owner of your domain name. AlKhowatir acts purely as the technical contact to manage DNS records, SSL certifications, and routing on your behalf.
How do business email migrations work (Google Workspace / Zoho / cPanel)?
We handle the technical setup including MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records to ensure clean email deliverability and avoid spam folders. Existing mailbox migrations (inbox, sent items, subfolders) are migrated via IMAP synchronization with zero downtime during DNS cutover.
What are the sending limits on business email accounts?
Email accounts (especially shared cPanel environments) are strictly for transactional and standard corporate communication. The standard hourly limit is 200 emails/hour. Dedicated mass-mailing/newsletter operations require external transactional relay providers (e.g., SendGrid, Mailgun).

Which smartphones are compatible with AlKhowatir NFC Smart Cards?
Our NFC cards work natively with all modern iOS (iPhone 7 and newer) and Android devices without requiring additional apps. Older smartphones can access your profile via a printed dynamic QR code backup on the physical card.
Can I update my contact details after the physical card is printed?
Yes. Your physical card points to a dynamic digital vCard profile hosted on our cloud network. You can update your phone numbers, social links, or company info anytime via your client portal without replacing the physical card.
What is the delivery time and physical return policy for NFC cards?
Custom-printed NFC business cards take 3–5 business days for print proofing and production, plus standard courier delivery time. Because cards are custom-printed with your logo and branding, custom orders are non-refundable once visual proofs are approved and sent to print.
