• Account Information: We collect personal identity data (name, company name, phone number, email address, and national identity/CR number where required for local domain registration) strictly to fulfill billing, domain ownership records, and technical service setup.
• NFC Contact Profile Data: Information submitted for dynamic NFC digital profiles (vCards) is stored securely on cloud servers to display your profile to end-users when tapped. You control what data fields are publicly exposed on your card profile.

2. Third-Party Service Providers

To deliver domain, email, and cloud infrastructure, we securely transmit essential data to authorized third-party entities:

• Domain Registrars & ICANN: Required registrant details for top-level domains.
• Cloud Email Providers: Subscriber data sent to Google Workspace or Zoho Mail for mailbox provisioning.
• Payment Processors: Financial transactions are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. AlKhowatir never stores full credit card numbers on its servers.

3. Data Protection & Security Controls

• Encryption Standards: All browser traffic, admin portals, and data layer requests (.json data feeds) are forced over encrypted SSL/TLS protocols (HTTPS).
• Data Retention & Erasure: Personal details associated with canceled accounts are retained for statutory legal and tax compliance periods (up to 5 years for financial records) and then securely anonymized or destroyed. Clients may request an export or complete deletion of non-billing personal data by contacting sales@alkhowatir.store.
